Do I need to be at my store for the demo?

No. The demo is fully remote — just you, an eTailPet expert, and a screen share from wherever you are. If your business partner or co-owner needs to join, they can dial in from a separate location too. No one needs to be behind the register.

Can I ask to see specific features and how they'd work at my store?

Absolutely! If Astro integration is your biggest priority, ask for a walkthrough of exactly how it works and what the day-to-day looks like once it's set up. Same goes for special orders, loyalty programs, grooming scheduling, or anything else specific to how you run things. The demo isn't a fixed presentation — it's a working look at the system built around your questions.
