Both plans include Organic CRM, loyalty program and gift cards, review management, delivery management app, online management, and 24/7 support. A self-ordering kiosk is available as an add-on.

Add-ons: E-commerce (+$99/mo), Growth Marketing (+$80/mo), Unlimited Terminals (+$99/mo). E-commerce is not included in the base price.

 

Payment processing

Interchange Plus model: you pay the card network's interchange fee plus a markup (a small percentage plus a fixed per-transaction fee) that goes to FranPOS and Global Payments.

Hardware

eTailPet is not a hardware provider — you can use hardware you already have. Compatible hardware is listed on our site, and we  recommend purchasing through our premier vendor, POS Guys, for hardware service and support.

Software

Three tiers. Startup begins at $99/month and includes POS, e-commerce, the vendor product catalog, integrated payments, unlimited phone and email support, unlimited users, basic reports, special order tracking, and purchasing/receiving.

Core adds grooming booking, promotional tools (mix & match, buy X get Y), QuickBooks integration, and Astro Loyalty.

Plus adds multi-location management, memberships, SMS receipts, reputation management, commission tracking, and integrations with TaxJar, MailChimp, and Pointy by Google.

Core and Plus pricing requires contacting sales.

Payment processing

Integrated payment processing through eTailPet Payments on all plans. Flat pricing with competitive rates.
